WARRANTIES

Pacific Coast Imports has a one year warranty on all products. You must obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number before returns will be accepted. Please email returns@pacificcoastimports.com Pacific Coast Imports products are covered under Manufacturers’ warranties. Please refer to the manufacturer for detailed information regarding warranties of products. You may contact Pacific Coast Imports to obtain contact information for the product manufacturer.

WARRANTY INFORMATION SHEET

This warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials in the mechanical and electrical parts, arising under normal usage and care; in this product for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase provided you are able to present a valid proof-of-purchase. A valid proof-of-purchase is a receipt specifying the item, date purchased, and cost of item.

His warranty covers the original retail purchaser. During the applicable warranty period within normal use, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any mechanical or electrical parts which prove defective, or replace the unit with a comparable model.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• All freight charges incurred in repair.
• Damages from improper installation.
• Defects other than manufactures defects.
• Damages from misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, lack of proper care and maintenance, or incorrect current or voltage.
• Damage from service from any unauthorized service personnel.
